One of the leading credit card companies in the Nordic region had decided to develop their targeted customer communication. Trinovo was asked to develop a strategy and a plan for their CRM operations.

  • Procurement of outsourcing partners for the CRM process.

Results

After finishing the project, the credit card company now works according to the new CRM strategy and has outsourced the CRM process to a market service provider.
